An afternoon of baking and conversation for beginning and experienced home bakers. Three selected breads will be made (and taken home) in order to learn or brush up on a range of basic skills. Places will be limited to 6 participants. The small numbers will enable discussion to cover topics raised by participants, as well as covering general introductory matters.
